FAQ
Hours, location, booking — the things patients check before coming.
- What are your opening hours?
- Mon–Fri 09:00–18:30, Sat and Sun 09:00–13:00. The weekday lunch break is 13:00–14:00; there is no lunch break on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Where is the clinic?
- Outpatient care is in the main building (5F Dongbang Building, 456 Nohae-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul), about a two-minute walk from Exit 6 of Nowon Station on Line 7. Surgery and inpatient care are in the annex (4–9F Deokhwa Building, 449 Nohae-ro), about a three-minute walk from Exit 7.
- How do I make an appointment?
- Call 02-2092-3030 or book through Naver. Naver Booking is the intake channel; the clinic calls you back to confirm availability and the time. For changes and cancellations, please call the main number.
- What kinds of care do you provide?
- Specialists in orthopedics, neurosurgery, radiology and pain medicine work together, and care is organised by field: spine, joints, surgery, pediatric orthopedics and sports medicine.
- Are you open on Saturdays and Sundays?
- Yes. Saturday and Sunday hours are 09:00–13:00, with no lunch break. Weekends run on a rota, so the doctor on duty varies by date. The full schedule is on the Visiting page.
- Where can I see the schedule for each doctor?
- On the Visiting page of this site. It shows weekday morning and afternoon sessions along with the weekend schedule.
- Can I have an MRI or CT scan at the clinic?
- Yes. MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound and bone density scans are all done in the main building. Which ones you need is decided after the consultation, based on your condition.
- Can I bring an MRI or CT taken at another hospital?
- Yes, and it helps if you bring the reports along with the MRI, CT or X-ray images. Earlier results let us avoid unnecessary repeat scans and compare your current state with what was found before.
- Do you also offer inpatient care and surgery?
- Yes, both. Surgery and inpatient care take place in the annex; outpatient consultations and imaging are in the main building.
- How do I obtain a medical certificate or insurance document?
- Medical certificates and other documents are issued at the administration desk. If the patient does not come in person, Article 21 of the Medical Service Act requires a letter of authority, identification and the other prescribed papers.
- Can I be seen for a sudden injury?
- Yes. Fractures, sprains and other sudden injuries are seen at the Daytime Trauma Center during opening hours. Outside those hours, or in a life-threatening emergency, please call 119 or go to the nearest emergency department.
- Is the site available in other languages?
- Yes. The site is available in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese and Russian. Use the language menu at the top right of the screen.
